I have a very stressful job and unfortunately that stress is pretty constant. I need some suggestions on ways that I can relax or relieve my stress at work. I don’t get many breaks and am on the go from the time I get to work to the time I leave and also work from home for about 2-3 hours most nights. If I could drink on the job, I probably would but it’s not an option. Help!!
